At The Chameleon we are committed to sustainability and supporting our local farms. When vegetables are in season, our chef, Jeff Smith, makes weekly pilgramages to both the 32nd Street Market Waverly in Waverly and the Baltimore Farmer's Market under I-83 to purchase many of our menu ingredients. We recycle all the trash we can, and have partnered with The Hamilton Crop Circle who composts our food scraps. |
